some of this stuff is soooooo cool and retro .......... my grandparents had hardwood floors around the outside perimeter of their kitchen floor about two feet out from the wall with this type of linoleum in the center, I thought it was the coolest thing, especially where the HW floor "framed" it so to speak.

Hi Greg, I like the rugs too! My brother just took down an old garage to build a new one. It had been a small apt at one time and when we took up the old floor there were 5 of these old rugs on the dirt below. I guess when they would change one in the house they would put the old one in the garage. They made a neat archelogical find to me!
