Back in the late 1950's my mom got a sandwich recipe off the can of Vegetarian Vegetable Soup for a sloppy joe sandwich.. It's 1 pound of ground beef, browned, the can of soup, some ketchup and mustard. She never measured the ketchup or mustard. but i would guess 1/4C ketchup and 1-2 table spoons of mustard. Spooned on Hamburger rolls.
