EWWWW!!! A later-model Dual-Tumble (probably 1994) suffering from HORRIBLE "Rustinghouse Syndrome". Makes mine look like a show-quality gem, and y'all have seen what THAT looks like! The door boot is ripped beyond belief as well, probably due to an off-balance load which these machines are known all too well for; replacement is a MUST. Also new front panel, door assembly, and timer control! Not to mention the porcelain failure in the tub...OY!

If I were the seller I'd Krush the whole &*#$@% thing!

Whitey no good.

I do like those Westy front loaders and if it were a potato pulley machine or older, I'd at least try to save it. I enjoyed Austin's WW but there wasn't alot of splashing. Kinda like a Frigemore in a Westinghouse body.

Please elaborate...

"...wash parts from the milking machines" For as much as I, a city kid, know about milking machines they are made out of hoses and tanks and other mechanical parts. What could you wash in a clothes washer?

Jason, you mean you didn't like my Dual-Tumble?? LOL ;-)

On a more serious note: In the wash-in music videos when the Dual-Tumble footage was shown, I had it fully loaded which resulted in very little splashing. However, it is much more fun to watch with a smaller load and higher water level. I'm surprised I didn't see any footage of the half-load I put in the machine, when I had it tumbling in one direction. Combined with the "just right suds" of Fresh Start, it made for some VERY splashy action. All of the pictures I posted of the machine were taken when this load was running, hence the suds up on the window!!

I'll have to make a video clip of a small load (set to one direction) so everyone can see what the action is like.

oh

I don't know if I have footage of the half-load actually. I kinda don't remember it. I was too fascinated with the Kenmore. Well, I take that back then. I did enjoy the dual-tumble. I just didnt' get good memories of it lol.
