Is the seller sure these lights are "vintage" at the bottom of the description---says they were built in China!!!Maybe only a few years "vintage".GE go back to making them in the ---good ole USA!

Well they do say they are new in the description. Since when were there 100 light strings of mini bulbs back then or controllers to make them flash
