Why would they get rid of that for some new and over-priced piece of crap? Maybe the renovator feels that the new kitchen must have a gas stove.

Hospice House -renovation

Tomurbomatic, I thought the same. It's such a clean unit with plenty of good life left in it. Perhaps the remodel calls for stacked ovens(?) and they're looking to save some space. It's a P7 GE, isn't it? I bet it weighs as much as a Boeing 747. Haha!
