That looks a lot like the Petal Pink one my friend Jake had in his old apartment, though this one is newer as indicated by the grounded receptacle in the control panel.

What's the pushbutton above the outlet do? Is there are panel light hidden somewhere?
Could be for the oven light...

I was thinking that too, but without an oven window would it need a switch for a light? I would think it would just have a door switch, but I'm not very familiar with these era of ranges.
If it's not for a fluorescent light, it might be a "reset" button. Estelle has one of these located under the dash board.
