Vintage Hardwick Range / Oven / Broiler / Gas / Propane Stove

I'm looking for a compact range for my cabin. Should I go with this one?

Can the the adjusting screw completely shut off the gas to the pilots? I want to be able to just light the burners with a long-reach butane lighter (no standing pilot).

Hopefully someone else can confirm, but yes if you shut off the screw, the pilots should be off and you can just manually light the burners.

It appears to be a good stove, from the era when these were true Hardwick ranges.
