That's a
Shaded harvest gold HOOVER twin tub washer.
It has the washtub on the left hand side with an impeller wheel on the back wall of the washtub, and a spinner on the right hand side, for spinning the clothes.

That model was after Hoover made the switch to poly wash tubs from metal. The colored cabinets instead of former white metal also reflected the times (1970's).
Note the unit in OP's picture is an early model without the automatic rinsing function. IIRC you can tell as the "deluxe" washers with that feature had three knobs instead of two as seen above.
