Vintage Kitchen aid dishwasher - $100 (Clayton)

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

This is the first picture I've ever seen that shows "Patrician" spelled out on the panel.

That machine looks low mileage and very clean.   Worth every bit of $100.

@ultramatic:

At this time in Hobart history IIRC the main differences were the addition of a SaniCycle which followed the sequence of Heavy Wash but heated the final rinse to 165f. Also the upper rack was adjustable. This KDP-20 seems to have a replacement upper rack as it has this feature. There was also an additional light on the control panel for pre-wash and SS trim pieces on either side of the door frame. Also the Soak &Scrub cycle was a different format in earlier machines but the same in the 20 series.

Nope Phil, no portable, and it's not a Superba either, but the price was right, and it looks good. Mark (Williams) was kind enough to pick it up for me this evening. I could just hug and kiss him all over.

He told me it was in really nice shape. Apparently not used much at all.

I still want a KDS-20, but this will suffice until that one shows up.

Never know...

what shows up, though it seems it's getting harder to find these things. There's still a KDS-20 out there with your name on it, Louie. You and others rock for being able to bring some of these vintage appliances back from the near or at last dead. You and others rock, too - bringing sparkle and beauty back to the discarded, unwanted or beaten-up appliances -thanks L, and you're always welcome.
