That's a Youngstown sink base, right? Not the worst I've seen for sale by any stretch. There was a sink base on eBay that was completely rusted through; the seller had it listed very high and described it as needing a little TLC. When I say rusted through I mean there wasn't a bottom in the sink cabinet any longer, just rusted edges. Not surprisingly it didn't sell. I wish I had saved the listing; it was amusing.
I'm wondering if the ones in Albany, NY are made by Jamestown Metal Products, of Jamestown, NY. They look like one's I saw on their web site (lab cabinets) a while back.
