This was an "as is and where is" auction. Winning bidder would need to show up on date and time specified to fetch that heavy range. Unless one lived in area, is willing to drive, and also has equipment (including manpower) to shift that thing it just doesn't work.
Yes , it may be possible to hire a crating and freight company, but for something size and weight of that range it's gong to cost quite dear to shift it from point "A" to "B".
