Land SAKES!
That's the same Philco my grandmother had when I was little. It sat in a kitchen with white Youngstown cabinets, red countertops, a black-and-white vinyl-asbestos tile floor, and red-and-white gingham curtains.
It smelled wonderful - there was the smell of her constant cooking and baking, and the heavenly smell of Jubilee kitchen wax, with which the Philco and the Youngstown cabinets were liberally anointed.
The Philco was replaced around '65 or '66 - nothing wrong with it, I'm now told by my aunt, but my grandmother wanted a more up-to-date fridge with a separate freezer compartment. She got a GE, which only lasted a dozen years.
