I believe that was made by Modern Maid I have brochures for this Speed Queen range and their line of D&M built dishwashers that would have been installed underneath the cooktop/oven. SQ had a full line of appliances, briefly, around this time, all made by MM, Admiral, D&M. Even a dehumidifier.

This is a brilliant replacement job, they did some detail work to get that right.
