As you can see by the photos it looks like this oven has had minmal use. I understand it came from a guest house in Santa Fe. I was going to use it for a remodel I was doing but my contractor did not want to build the frame for it so I ended up going anther route. I had tested it out and everything worked very well except the broiler did not come on. I imagine that a replacement broiler could be found. I rarely broil anything so that did not bother me.
