Nearby Bloomfield Hills - not high end, but like new:

" Stove out of a basement, looks like it has never been used.

Washdaddy - I recognized that, but it's cool. Cory was in the Detroit area with one posting - I happened on this by using allofcraigs.com or allofcraigslist.com. I actually read everyone's posting, generally - more or less.
Thanks for the heads up..glad the posting got some comments, as I learn and stay engaged with all the plus, minus and funny comments.
