Vintage Sunbeam perk times

I found this Sunbeam percolator and the dial was jammed. I opened up the bottom and got it to turn again. I'm trying to get it calibrated now as the interior stem can turn quite a bit to adjust brewing time. So what is the typical brew time for a 12 cup perc turned all the way over to the mild setting and strong setting? I've been experimenting and it's currently set to brew approx 7 minutes on mild. Does that sound about right or is that too long for the mild setting?

I would think there should be some service bulletins out there.  I have little interest in perk pots, but collect vac pots, and have found service manuals for all the various Sunbeam vac pots I have.  The literature includes timing and temps and how to adjust it.  I think the same would be out there for the perk pots.

On strong, it should shut off when the coffee is just under 200 degrees f.
