Any of you guys living in nearby (Joliet, Ill) ought to consider this one, if you like gas. I wish to God I had room and transport for all these-I like stoves like my friends here in the group like washers(of course I love these old machines) But I do fancy myself as a cook and a good stove is like a tool. I have actually known people who have morethan one. This Tappan is a great stove, saw quite a few growing up, for 25 bucks its a real steal if it is really in the shape stated. A grandmother would probably keep it up.
