It's amazing how many of those Asian built twin tub units are still about.

I used to find these jap twin tubs at the dump in 1982-83 and they were a prize find for a kid. Rubber hoses under the skirt cracking was a major problem-somehow hoses would react to plastic fittings they were clamped to and get brittle there. Machines by Matsushita,Sanyo,Hitachi,Brother were found. I had a Toshiba fan(4 clear blue blades) from around 1969 that said "Cool splinter" on it The subject washer i would buy on sight.
