Vintage Vornado blender - $50 (East Village)

I do have one that doesn't have the woodgrain. This one also seems to have a glass jar, mine is plastic.

just around the block from our apt, small world.
I have a nice Kitchenaid blender i found almost unused on the street in a, "i have to be out by the 1st of the month and if i leave anything in the apartment i will be charged for it's removal"...pile.
I got the blender and a professional portable subwoofer, very nice piece of equipment. I think passers by thought the subwoofer belonged to a band as the pile was infront of a club. Art magazines, all sorts of stuff in that pile.
NYC..best trash in the world.

I have a different version of the Vornado . The jar is glass, I always figured Panasonic had something to do with it because it`s very similar to my other Panasonics.

I also have this Vornado juicer that's very similar to that Panasonic.

I recall Consumers Reports reviewed a Panasonic blender in the early 70s with a really cool combination speed changer and timer which looked like a hot mess but intrigued me greatly (very complicated functioning)
