The washer appears to be an LFA5800.  18lb capacity, should have a winged Double-Duty Super Surgilator.

Well, because of the 120v AC cord for the motor, tumbling and blower?

Nope, dryer is gas (unless some enterprising body retrofitted it to electric).

... but for anyone who might have been interested, keep watching the local ads. For some reason, there are a ton of enterprising appliance flippers in this region. So something that was for sale last week for $50 obo, will reappear next week for $125 obo from a different seller.
