Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

So far the Whirlpool is in the Lead as far as my interests go... No WARM WASH/WARM RINSE combination is about 'the only thing wrong'...

The Frigidaire suffers the problem of not enough space given on the control panel to knobs for certain important functions such as the Water Level, on which the space (especially if it were to have the Agitator Diagram) is too small, compared to the larger space given for a Temperature or Speed selection... The Jetcone Agitator is neat, but Readabilty is compromised...

The Hotpoint is too Geee-Eeee-ish, but at least the knobs are given more room to be more readable for what they do, compared to the previous generation w/ the left-opening lid...!

OK, I didn't wanna sound too much like I was knocking anything...

Just that the H-P is the Ford Mustang II or Mercury Capri (when it was imported for Mercury from Germany (?) before being an American-made stablemate) of all washers--and, I mean, look at those early-1970's ADS!!!!

Hotpoints are CUTE!

The Frigidaire has one of my favorite GM cycles - Special.  Slow agitation with a fast spin.  A very, very useful speed combo for this great washer (probably a model WIA). Hopefully someone in TX is able to snag it!
