Vintage Wringer Washer - Simpson Sears - Toronto - A-Condition

What a fascinating site! Kudos!
I was digging around in my landlord's basement and stumbled upon this, and was intrigued. He was aware of it but didn't know what to do with it, so I'm searching a solution on his behalf.
It appears to be a Visi-Matic, from Canada's Simpon-Sears.
The machine looks in excellent condition, just a little dusty, cable, mechanics, all look well kept.
Ideas?

I shopped around antique stores, no takers, I went to the only recommended 'antique appliance' guy in Toronto, he was curious but not interested... just wondering if anyone had any other thoughts?
