How cool!  I had no idea there was a 4-cycle pull-out offered in 1959 (the 'S' model year).  This looks very much like one I found many, many years ago from an on-line estate sale company in Michigan (in turquoise).  The estate sale folks had initially agreed to sell me just the dishwasher but then backed out of the deal.
