Not a foodcourt menu item.
Rather, sis gave me a digital bloodpressure monitor 4 years ago. Relion, a WM house brand, in the $20-30 range. Other night the balloon that inflates the cuff popped. Asked Amazon and Ebay, no deal. These are specific to the box they plug into.
Called the 800 #, told my story to a nice (American) lady, asked if I could buy a replacement cuff. "No need", said nice lady said. We'll send you a new one free.
Nothing in the documentation says they'll do this, just 'if you have any questions call this number'. Surprise, in the age of diminishing parts support, that they not only had the part but didn't even charge for it. Wouldn't expect this across the board from WM, the vendor evidently takes it upon themself.
