Wanted: Bottom pulsator ring for a WO65-2 and a dryer

I have a fairly nice WO-65-2 that's patiently waiting for that big pulsator ring at the bottom.  Please anyone? 

 

I would also love the matching dryer.  Yes, I realize that Mark has two for sale, but I was hoping for an affordable one.
