I am a researcher looking for an old Maytag News publication.
I am looking for an article that allegedly appeared in the December 1941 issue of Maytag News that talks about a gentleman by the name of Chauncey Bottum.
It most likely refers to either his friendship with Fred Maytag, and/or his interest in selling war bonds. Locating this article is very important to me and my project.
Anybody out there have this issue? I would gladly pay for an original, or photocopies or digital scans of same.
I have been in touch with Maytag archives, and unfortunately, they are missing issues from 1941...
