What's the story with these, no doubt "made for" Wascomat by another manufacturer...any guess in who that might be?
Seems quite the bargain if they are any good to begin with.

Looks like it might be a re-badged Frigidaire/Electrolux machine

Not so much made for, but by...

Electrolux, who in turn owns Wascator/Wascomat. They also own White Consolidated Industries which among others held the brand Frigidaire.

If you look closely the dryer closely resembles the Frigidaire Gallery front loading washers and dryers.
