Listen carefully

In my haste to post last evening, I forgot to mention, if you turn up the volume during the washing demonstrations, you can clearly hear the mechanical sounds of the belt drive washer and the combo as they go through their paces.

The guy hosting the video is Jeffrey Lynn, who in his younger days, was a leading man contract player at Warner Bros. What an odd career. He wooed Bette Davis, got shot by Humphrey Bogart, and finaly sang the praises of the much revered wash n wear cycle.

I don't think that I've ever seen that model Whirlpool washer and dryer before.

That's a very beautiful set. We've discussed this video before IIRC. After that I've looked at it some times. I love the control panels.
