Where did i see that washer on here and who owns it, at least i think it was here? Curious.. Am bored tonight and trying to desgin a small retro ish apartment in my cad program.. This would be a boon to those apartment dwellers who can't have a washer...

Chad, I know Jon LeFever has one. I saw it at the 2002 convention. I was hoping there'd be a picture on site or that I'd have one, but I didn't see one on site and I don't have one. It's a GE Filter Flo washer with a stainless sink and faucet on top. That all lifts up and then you have access to the washer. I didn't see it work since it wasn't hooked up, and I don't know if the sink just drains into the washer or it has a separate exit directly to the sewer. My guess it was made in the 60s.

Clever design for its day and age, I wonder if this sink is gravity drain, or uses the pump. If "plumbed in" with pipes, I am thinking this was difficult to work on for the service dude, just think washer lint and kitchen grease down the same drain trap. what was this machines track record?

How sweet! I want one of those so bad I can taste it. Thanks for posting the sales lit Baja, I love the old GE stuff!

BTW, does anyone know where you can get a rebuilt transmission for the black agitator GE models from that era?
