Hi all We live in Arizona our water is hard,does anyone know if the water in Wilmington De is softer than Arizona.

I really can't tell you. You might want to call the city that your moving to. I lived 20 minutes away in WI before moving here to Dubuque, the water was very hard in Benton, everyone owned a water softner. If with the softner, sometimes it was hard to keep ahead of the lime scale build up.
Here in Dubuque, I am told we have the 3rd best water in the nation. It is softened before it leaves the water plant. I could not believe how clean even the shower stays here. Dishes come out of the dishwasher sparkling...and no water softner. Before, living in WI, your glasses, even with the water softner would have an etched, cloudy appearance. Not here, it is so nice.
