Nice looking fridge, looks clean, and it still runs but it's probably a real hog.

Did Westinghouse really make this one?  How old is it?  1970 +/- ?

I didn't know there were any Eichler homes in the East Bay.

More pix in the ad.

Thanks Jim.  I don't know Castro Valley very well at all, but I imagine an Eichler there would cost a lot less than one in Palo Alto, Sunnyvale or San Jose.  Out of the cities you listed, CV would be my top choice.

Palo Alto is the most expensive

Palo Alto, has some of the most expensive real estate in the Bay Area. Castro Valley is just now starting to catch up to the prices across the bay. No matter what, the bay area is no bargain. Was born, and raised in Palo Alto, and now the beginning priced home is at least $ 1,750000. and up. my parents home we sold in 2014, was a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage on south Palo Alto, on a rear lot, sold for over 2.5 million. I Zillo'd the value now and it is over 3.5 Million. Sadly we built it in 1961 for 21,500. And it was only a rancher, that had never been altered. Our original family home in East Palo is now going for 1.5 million. We built for 11,000 in 1952. No wonder I live in Sacramento. LOL
Hugs,
David
