Shutting Down...

Hopefully no one will take offense to what I have to say, but just in case I apologize in advance.

Last year I posted a Westinghouse FL washer motor complete with the potato pulley, pump and the spring.  It worked and was FREE, all you had to do is just pay for shipping.  No one here wanted it.    I've posted machines here too, again no one here wanted them bad enough to come get them.  Oh sure, people wanted me to cannibalize a perfectly running machine for a part, It doesn't work that way.  Leads to machines posted here, I've gotten burned several times.  The last one I ended up in fight a with 2 new members.  I feel my energy is wasted and my efforts in vain, thus I don't post leads here anymore, or machines.  The leads I keep to myself now, the machines I have to get rid of, I just send to scrap now.  The general public does not care about vintage machines, only we do.  If people here don't want the machines that I find, or have to place in homes, What is the point in me posting them? At this point I've lost the will to post machines that need rescuing. Seriously!    This is the result of me having been backed into a dark corner.

Still haven't heard

Well I still haven't heard back from the seller. I'm very interested in the slant-front, I'm dying to put together a laundromat twin set. Just in case I don't hear back, anyone here have any leads on a pair or a bendix duomatic? Very interested in vintage front loaders.

I hope everyone here will continue to post machines that they have or see somewhere.I am eternally grateful to those who post machines here as I wouldnt have much of a chance to find all the machines I am looking for otherwise. Even though I am in the appliance field I dont see very many vintage machines.I found both my bolt down Bendix and rollermatic Frigidaire here which is presently on its way here from Florida.
