That's the exact model & color range I had in an apartment for 6 weeks of summer school between my sophomore and junior year of college. The apartment complex was built in the late 1960s.
I think they are a bit optimistic in the asking price.
Those elements took some getting used to if you were accustomed to the older Corox units. You could not switch heats as quickly because between the thinner elements and the load balancing switches, they cooled much more quickly.
