Tuesday is my work from home day have to get up at 2:00 am to make sure the database's are ready for our payroll. This went fine but at 6:00 decided to take a break and put a load of towels on using the Sears Ultra Plus. I started the load and came back to the office to look at things then back to make a bowl of ceral. Looked at the washer a front load Sears like the 3.5 Frigidaire and the drain pump was running and all the lights were flashing and no water draining. Stoped the washer and waited for it to unlock. Took out the towels and wrung those out by hand and scooped out the water.

I figured it was money in the drain hole or pump. Had to finish work then decided to take the lower front off to see. Felt around on the drain hose from the tub to pump and did feel something hard. Took off the hose and not only a quarter but also a wad of what first looked like a tampon pulled it out and it was a sheet of the Purex 3 in 1 we had bought with coupon back in June and used on vacation. After 2 hours of getting the tub to pump hose back on (this is another story) the washer is back running. Here is a picture of the sheet. We will never ever use this again. We will write Purex about this also. Have also put up a sign for all to read to please remove asll items from pockets.

well, like coins, it can slip between the front door seal and the inner tub, the childrens socks can get stuck in there also, that's why sometimes you have to use mesh bags for the little items, you wouldn't think about this until it happens...been there done that....thanks for the post for others to keep in mind....
