Beer Can up the Butt Chicken
Hi all..
Hope everyone had a very happy T-Day...
Been buzy, and just had to lurk around the links that seemed to interest me at the time...
Toggle (Steve) dahlink...that beer up the butt chicken is DA BOMB...I do one a few times a year...I personally only drink TECATE beer, half a can....drink one, or two,hehe, or 3, as I'm seasoning the inside and out of the chick with Tony Chacerea's seasoning (Cajun), or whatevah I'm *feeling* up to that day, spice-wise. Stick the (half) can of beer up the butt...take it to the grill (yeah yeah, we BBQ year around here in TX, lol) and leave it for like 45 mins or so (Depends on size of chick)....VIOLA! best damn tasting moist chicken you evah sunk your teeth into, IMHO.
Easy peasy, and it's the only way I cook chicken now out on the grill.

PS...and I don't use no rack for this...the challenge is to see how drunk I can get the chicken to stand up on its own, LMFAO...
