When I was at WIBA, we had an RCA BTA-5H, which was a gorgeous and impressive monster. It got replaced with a Harris solid-state box which was both reliable and utterly uninteresting. We also had a nice looking Collins back-up transmitter which was about 1kW <br
The digital camera era has definitely led to some lean years in camera repair, but things are starting to settle down -- the parts and information are increasingly available, and customers are starting to hang on to their 'old' cameras instead of replacing them whenever they break. And some people are digging out their film cameras because they take better pictures <br
