A little late here, but some broccoli florets or spinach sautéed with a little fresh garlic and olive oil. Frozen broccoli or cut leaf spinach works very well - I often use those in place of fresh. Always good to keep a few bags in the freezer for when I am just not up to washing, chopping and peeling broccoli stalks.. or for a quick dinner when I am not sure what to eat.
