My American Shopper is ace, you go to the normal American website of where you want to shop from, and then fill out an order form, then American shopper purchases the items and ships them to you.

Hey Freddy,

So I get the Asian chili paste, franks, meds.... but Chef Boyardee in a can??? I would have thought that would have been grounds for not allowing you back into Italy!!!

Market Basket is great. We have one about 12-13 minutes from here but where we go for the flea market in NH (near Milford) there are 3 of them within maybe 2 miles; all on the same main road! I make it a point to stock up on certain things when we go there, and always take a cooler in case I need ground pork or some other meats/perishables.

Sorry guys for delay in responding you all! I tried to write a response last days when at a certain point because of the heavy storms we're having since 3 days in the evening time (including hail and tornadoes alerts) http://www.meteoweb.eu/2013/08/alle...-stasera-e-domani-le-zone-piu-colpite/222269/
Here the Hailstorm article and few videos of Saturday evening, tornadoes also touched down in Piemonte and Northern regions no "big" damages or life loss for them whatsoever:
the power failed and shut off the thing immedately thus loosing all the (quite long) response I had almost finished writng to you all, you imagine it is happened again the day after when I tried again and always when I fnished ....so had to wait for the frustration to weaken a little (if you have ever experienced this you know what I mean), so since the dose of bad luck later I installed a plug in that should be able to rescue the lines written if an improvvise shut off occur since even right now it's gonna be stormy again, this is a plug-in that if you're a blabbermouth as me you'll maybe find even more useful! :D LOL
Mchael: I don't really have anythng paritcular to tell you guys, met people I missed (Family) and made new friends, had fun and been in the Country I love.....NYC city of course is always nice to visit, go and walk around, as long as New England which is nice and of course the "Vacationland" State, even if for some reasons I feel myself belonging to Midwest (Yes the Corn Fields and Praire, as a countryguy I feel that my home and that I belong to that place for some reasons that I know)...but some days to the beach and some swims in the Ocean (that was luckily warm in these days) of course were not missed...
That's all.... regarding the luggages, they were 3, I usually bring even 4 which is the max allowed for person by most companies, the cost of extra luggages isn't that much, and so naturally the cost per weight is way lower than any shipping quote you can get....so I better stock up! As we always did...

Louie: Sriracha...hot??? Not so much for me, I actually use it like if it were ketchup! I love it's garlic note and consinstency kinda tomato sauce! Delicious! You can't fnd such as stuff in Chinese restaurants in Europe, it's rather Chinese-american...than just chinese!

Roger: I know well Sweet Baby Ray's, I like it, you know I like trying out them all, being me a lover of KC style BBQs I like using sauces in cooking also as rubs (or a combination of dry and liquids) so I use plenty of them both as rubs and sauce in dish, infact I bought it of course! If you look closely to the pics you may see two bottles of it just behind the Jell-o packets! Regarding the Hebrew National, well, I used to buy and like them, but lately I find them changed, there's something in the spice blend they put that to my tongue taste different, strange, moreover I fnd them too "stringy"..So I just preferred to get other brands including ones typical of New England as Old Neighborhood one, and others already knew, I'd have to write to Con Agra to see if something has changed about Hebrew National, but unsure they will tell me something....maybe it's even just me....
Michael (Mich): That's why I got them even if I had already 6 packs of Tide at home, I gotta say I always liked more the pre-conc formula...by the way speaking of changes, still have to try the new formula of Tide with Blue beads (Like Dash has been for generations over here, even if I think the real Tide powder is white powder only and ever will be as the true liquid Tide always will be the orange liquid that now is gone, not the blue stuff (of which I anyway like the smell occasionally) they sell right now which has nothing to do in terms of washing ability with the old orange Tide IMO), Tide powder works well but no better than many others you can buy for way less IMO, moreover I don't like the new P&G policies and especally the new marketing maneuvres about Tide products, thing that will keep me from buying Tide again unless "older stuff" and NOS VTG, or at least if not just to try a new version as the blue beads one.... then as I said, there're countless ones that would do just the same if not even better...for way less money! Tide is no #1 for me! Wasted money!
I found the old pacs of Tide at Reny's (of course in Maine) at the Wells branch, if I knew you wanted some I'd have mailed them to you! There were still 4 boxes left when I got them!
Regarding the question about the liquid detergents, well, I don't know where you heard about it, but the restrictions in flights are just about the carry-on luggages and inside the plane where you are allowed to bring liquids only in transparent bottles of 3.38 fl Oz..(don't ask me why).....this is internatonally both for domestic and international flights....and you and your carry on luggages, purse, pouch etc are searched before boarding on a flight.

But is written nowhere you can't bring liquids in hold luggages......I open a note on this, keep in mind, every company do have their own limitations and rules when it comes to what is allowed in hold luggages...for example I know Air France and the company I flied with state liquid bleach as forbidden item (Which may have a sense since there're alot of morons and fools around that can't pack stuff as it should, and so a leaking bleach bottle would result in other's luggages and perhaps content irreversibly damaged by the bleach poured out from yours).....items that are generally forbidden by all are: guns ( naturally), inflammable gases and lquids (gasoline for istance), matches (can start a fire by the fricton), sharp items ( kitchen knives, sabers and such that if bad packed may cut , damage yours and other's luggages and who handles them) and a long list of others actual dangerous items.....
If you want my passionate opinion even if liquids detergents or any of the non actual dangerous items were forbidden by said company I would not give a damn and so I do...I can pack my stuff so they just should not bother me! Nobody of the company will ever know if you're carryng stuff forbidden by them and nobody of them will ever open your hold luggages to see what you have in! In the USA and so for flights leaving the USA both for domestic and international destinations the TSA (Transportation security administration) agents scan every luggage and are the only ones that can eventually open your luggage both in your presence or not and seek for dangerous items that may harm the security of passangers and who handles them (that's why you need TSA locks while travellng within and from USA, otherwise they're allowed to force your luggage and yours non-TSA- skeleton-key-openable locks), this operation is made by TSA once hold luggages are left at the baggage drop at the check-in counter and before they're allowed to be boarded inside the luggage compartment of your flight...the TSA just inspect and scan your items seeking for actual dangerous items like: bombs, radioactive stuff, guns, inflammables and explosives , knives etc...and also drugs or any of the illegal stuff they may happen to find during the search....they will never know what is forbidden to put in luggages by your company, as what may be not allowed to put in for you company, would maybe be perfectly allowed for the company the next luggage they inspect will fly with. They can't really know the various separate items which are allowed or forbidden by various companies and keep trace of it based on it, then anyway they would not have the authority so the permssion to subtract items just because they're not allowed by your company rules....as said they just check for actual dangerous items that may actually threat the security of passengers, list that is compiled by federal and ministerial ordinances ...not some stupid limitations and restrictons set up with non-sense by the companies
Speaking about TSA and Departments of Homeland Security it comes natural speaking about Customs....
Every country have their own Customs that states specific rules, conditions, requrements, limitations and so a list of items that are not allowed to cross the country border, in some cases set up with some common sense and fairness like in the USA, and sometimes with a complete non-sense and unfairness just like inAustralia for example, see the TV program Australian Border security for further clarification of what I mean, I can't really stop laughing hard when I watch it, I'm glad this is broadcasted worldwide, so that people from all over the world can be aware of the kind of madness they will meet in Australia and the treatment they'll receive there, sorry for Australians they're probably nice people and so probably most of them are not even aware of this kind of madness, but I would never go to Australia as I know many other people promised themselves after watching that TV show will never do, not that I'd care to anyway in all honesty...
Louis: As already said, I was about suggesting "My american shopper" service as well, I feel I have to warn you of a few things though, likely you won't find all of these brands/items just in one store so you may have to order from separate shops thus having a large bill for domestic shipping (better to order all in one place and get combines shipping, I suggest you Wal-mart, low domestic delivery cost in the USA . CA is the state where my american shopper is based, in Van Nuys exactly), also be aware that the shipping quote you get initially is just a quote, it will be increased later and will be also added the domestic shipping cost, CA sales tax and so the additonal difference that has to be added to ship your order as per ther discretion (they don't have a chart based on weight/size) and so they will send a request for more money after few days you paid for your order as what you get during the order form filling is just an estimation (thing that purposedly they avoid to mention clearly) anyway my american shopper is good and at the end even with all the additional hidden "tolls" their shipping quotes are anyway far the best you could get from any online shops (because they get special prices for the amount of stuff they ship, DHL is the service they use) and are cheaper than any of the PVT courriers or USPS quotes you may get, thus getting a priority shipping via DHL as I said, and thus having the possibility to have taxes and duties (including DHL brockerage feess due to your country precalculated and prepaid so that to avoid any unexpected "tips" to the delivery guy....
Rich: The Chef Boyardee Ravioli...more than for their taste, of course, that actually is not delicious but not even terrible, but just what I'd call "commestible", are related to a sweet memory and personal feeling of mine that if you don't mind I'd prefer to not say on here....

Tim, sorry, in the hurry I forgot to thank you for the suggeston about those shops, didn't know them.
Regardng the Biddeford Market Basket, yes I heard it will be a huge one, the building was once a Home Depot store so you can realize how big it will be.....
I know they're totally beating every store around a branch in MA, the competition just can't stay at their pass both for selection, customer service and non for less the prices!!! Even in Maine at the beach I could see lots of people having Market Basket bags carried on beach for towels (Many people from MA and NH there)...but it sure means something of the popularity this store have around! I also heard that lately they're having some internal managing problems though, about a possible change of management, I actually didn't understand well what the issue is...I just heard something...but didn't enter deeply in the story...

Carl: Hi! How are you? I have the box for you ready! I wrote you an email before I left, I think by September I'll be ready to ship your stuff, will write you soon to riepilogate all...then we can finally set up the shipping. Sorry it took so long.....
