What is the Speed Queen of dishwashers?

I am OVER maintaining my Bosche dishwasher. If I have to clean it and clean the spray arms every week then it isn’t actually saving me time. What is the Speed Queen equivalent for dishwashers? I am ready to throw money at a quality product.

...but just out of curiosity, how does it happen that you have to clean the spray arms every week? I cannot remember ever having had to clean mine.

Could it be a problem with the filter?

Other than cleaning the filter occasionally I've never had to clean the spray arm in my Bosch, nor the interior. Something's amiss here.

My Bosch dishwasher. It had been stored for a number of years and as such was full of mouse bits but once cleaned and sterilised I only do the filter when I see anything on it !! Never had an issue with it cleaning everything I have thrown at it, Which today included my deep fat fryer from work and it was nasty.

Only have to check my filter about 3 times a year. I just scrape before loaing and that is it prepping items going in the ishwasher.

What about Maytag? Maybe it's the Speed Queen equivalent, or at least it was.

Only answer I can come up with is a KitchenAid, a KitchenAid made by Hobart. Believe Hobart still makes commercial dishwashers.

Hobart Kitchen-Aid and Whirlpool Power Clean Filter Module.  Though I tend to equate the Hobarts to the Dependable Care Maytags.

Can't remember the last time I checked the filter in my Bosch. I usually don't bother unless I see stuff on in the base of the tub.

I suppose the filter might be damaged or not fitted probably for the spray arms to get clogged.

I will find a tiny shard of eggshell in the sweeper (i.e. bottom/facing the filter downward) hole of the Bosch every so often. Takes some shaking to dislodge it but isn't hard. Assume it slips into the sump when I remove the flat/cylindrical filter to clean it which I ususally do about monthly (or when I've done a particularly grimy load)

I have a Bosch 800 series and I’ve only had to clean my spray arms one time when I noticed a bone fragment in one of the holes. Filter I clean once a month and I probably could extend that to every other month.

I use the smart wash on my Kenmore which is made by Bosch. It is the equivalent to the auto cycle.
