Since at this time until I get further notice on my apartment dwellings.
I Trio wash.
Ill take one vintage washer in with two front loaders,
and a asian base extrator.
Mr. COTTON I call him is a very strong almost new sounding
Sturdy RCA Whirlpool.
One speed
One Cycle
One water level.
And I use It in a Green way at times when mega washing,
is on the agenda.

Mega Green washing is just using the Whirlpool with three baths,
for sheets & towels.
First batch of sheets or towels or t shirts..goes in the first sink.
Then extracted in the spinner, then in the 2 fronts.
For rinsing and spinning in the Asko or Bosch useally both.
Then another batch starts.
Open the back door let the sun come in music water..
Washing happiness.
Normal or special loads wash in the front loaders.
Got a GE filter flow which i have not used yet will be in next.
Mr. Cotton is going to rest for a bit.

I ment to say the wash was done withen hour & a half.
With the RCA Whirlpool.

Martin ...could you imagine all of your Neptunes,
Together in the big house in the backyard.
A big wave of sea like shape control panels.
Maytag designers I once read that they shaped them
to look like a wave.

Gleen ... Your laundry rooms are so nice and cozy & sunshine heaven.

Laundress ..I'm so glad you got that machine its a beauty.
Hopeing you could post your on videos of the machine if you can.

Logixx... The big washer and small dryer ..do you hang as well or do smaller loads?

In my dream world I wish I could play or use all thee above washers lol nice thread.

You can be sure it it's

Westinghouse....

Ok, made in Italy by Zanussi. Bought in early 2006, she's certainly earnt her keep. Our previous dog was incontinent so she's done 20 loads of washing a week for the first 3 years, about 10 for the next couple and average (7) after that, so that puts her at around 15 years old mechanically.

Couldn't be happier.

Great cycle selection. Very reliable. One repair - a replacement suspension strut. We've contemplated updating, but my own 'if it isn't broken, don't fix it' mantra prevents me spending the money when it isn't required.

Picture isn't mine, model is.

Using a Hotpoint TL with the rim flo-and swirly blade-ramp agitator.Does a supurb job esp after I adjusted the water level to just come to the top of the agitators blades.Circulation vastly improved!MY WP machines-one has a blown motor-other needs water fill valves-and the 3rd leaks-haven't found just where.Just have not had a lot of time to fix them.So the Hotpoint does the work for now.Its a builders model-only one agitate speed.

Well I sort of use two at the moment as the Bendix AW1053 is out of action for the forcible , The Hotpoint Liberator 1851/03 year 1975 spin 750rpm or the Hotpoint 18680 year 1985 spin 1000rpm, both great machines with outstanding results, 40C wash in under an hour.

OH WOW more classic machines being used, it so nice to see the shining examples of classic machines through the sea of white plastic.

Thanks guys all around the world for flying the flag for vintage still in operation machines............The PEA is a stunning looking machine Ingemar and looks like it is built out of box girders :-)

There are more I am sure :-)
