My favourite Modern Machine is the Siemens IQ-700 WM16Y790GB
(Referred to as IQ-800 in the rest of the world)
8KG, High Spin, Brand new Door & Display design.
Shame the programmes are not as good as they could be, but that certainly doesn't put me off its extremely good strong German build. (shame Bosch version didn't launch here)

My Second choice would have to be the brand new Miele W1901WPS.

If I was allowed a third choice, it would be the Bosch Exxcel 8 WAQ28461GB

Miele W5740

I’ve taken delivery of a miele W5740 on 6th march 2012 to replace the Ise machine. the ise machine also went in to full spin at 1600 full of water and clothes half away through a cottons cycle the machine the engineer also said it required a new pcb also The inner tub kept banging on the outer...

The only one (s) I find here are the one below the range you added which is a shame. I like the LCD display, but they only have (what they call) 3D display. (LED)
Apparently these also have the loud motor, I wonder if the LCD one has a quiet motor like yours??
 
My favorite washer is my Electrolux Time Manager 8kg 1400rpm washer.

Wash times are so flexible, great range of cycles, Jetsystem which is always a bonus. All in all just a great washer, the spin is fantastic, balancing is great, what more can I say.

It has recently been matched with its vented dryer option mate, the 5kg Electrolux Sensor Dry. Now this is a great dryer, very quick even on Delicate temperature, very gentle, my laundry does not turn into a steam room when its on. Very happy with this pair :-D

Hey Matt

Thats a fantastic looking machine- I didnt really have any issue with my Insight but fancied something German and expensive lol....

It seems odd Electrolux still market a 5kg dryer over there when they make 8kg washers- not that you really need to use it as much as we do lol!!

Hey Seamus, they are great machines. Omo Pods are wonderful too, basically Persil liquidtabs in the UK, same scent etc...

Angled panels

How odd - Im guessing it might be because stacking isnt as common ?

This looks pretty much the same as mine but with the angled panel :).

I see you still have 3 topload models as well- obviously they are much more popular over there!
