This appears to be either a HDA797 or HDA787, from the late 1980's.  These models still used the porcelain enamel coated tubs, so the configuration might be different from what you're used to seeing in the plastic tubs that GE offered at the same time.

This is similar to the builder's model a friend had  in his house that was build early mid 70s or so. It was LOUD. I can't tell you how well it cleaned because he bought the store brand dish smasher detergent. His had a HP bottom rack without the pop up tower, but with the little turret; same shallow top rack.

The Cement Mixer...

Very loud when filling as the Cavitation will vibrate everything in the kitchen, And the snapping drain solenoid goes neck and neck with the KitchenAid 15-20 series

My Dad had the Builder's grade little bit older model. Cleaning on a scale of one through ten... it gets a "Ehhhhh".

Not really a pot scrubber, but dishes and glassware should come out clean if not "BobLoaded".

80s Hotpoint Dishwasher

Very crude limited capacity lots of noise and lots of water consumed, but it sure beats not having a dishwasher at all

It could be a fun machine if you’ve never had the miss fortune to be stuck with one of these to get and play with now you can considerably upgrade the noise aspect of it by putting a decent newer style PSC motor in it. Rust and leaks around the door gasket were the major problems with this model and then the usual problems with the pump and motor and drain valve assembly itself other than that pretty rugged.

But the machine itself is nowhere close to a nicer Whirlpool KitchenAid Maytag even the GE dishwasher with multi orbit wash were much better.
