That panel is a textbook example of misguided MCM design that went way off the rails.
It was just trying to let the cook feel like being part of the space age. The markings on the dials were coordinated to show at the front and the light canopy was angled to shine down onto the cooktop. I respect your artistic taste, but I have seen far less functional range control panels. I just wonder what happened to the clock.
It's possibly a Moffat or a McLary just that I've never seen one like it but in the back of my mind I think I have seen a picture of one like it, possibly a US make sold in Canada or something under one of those names..
If there was a US equivalent, it would likely be either Admiral, Philco or Norge.

It looks clean to me.. and that may just be reflections on the clocks glass face. It seems to be sitting under a carport . I sent a msg to the seller asking. lol
