That looks to be a commercial non coin-op model. This was sold for on premise laundry rooms in hair salons, small health care facilities, etc. and to people who wanted a basic dryer at low cost.
I agree, an OPL type of environment.

That was the standard Maytag BBBBBBOL utility dryer. They sold a version of that model for years. See it in the thread with that fabulous Maytag retailer's magazine.
