What to do with an old Thor wringer washer

This poor old thing was beyond repair but I couldn't scrap it.
This is the first time in 50 years I have planted anything!

Talk about your English Country Garden Look! That photo looks like it should be on a Hallmark card...very nice. All you Britsh are so talented, do you know anyone who paints? That would make a beautiful oil or watercolor...excuse me, watercolour.
