Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

Well, since I just got the dryer.....

A 1957, 58, or 59 Kenmore or Lady Kenmore washer would be a handsome addition.

(HINT HINT everybody!)

Since I just got my 60 CI Frigidaire dryer ....I would love to have the matching washer -60 CI Frigidaire washer...I am dreaming I know....but it is worth a Christmas wish...LOL....If I got it I would definitely believe in Christmas miracles!

well if santa is out there to hear this i hope he gives me the strength to tear this rollermatic apart again and this time get it right ha ha

My top choice is a 1957,58 or 59 GE filter-Flo. I love the pink or sea foam agitator caps and the copper lint filter pan.

A 1966-68 Kenmore Model 800 Alphabet Set in Turquoise, a 1966-67 Lady Kenmore Set in Dorskin (or is it Doreskin), or a 1986-89 Kenmore Limited Edition Direct-Drive Set in Black.

For Hannukah

the best present would be any 50's era washer with either a solid tub and a "whole cabinet" outer tub, and or a 50's era machine with an overflow rinse/suds kill portion of the cycle for soap, before the detergent era.. Everything I've got is either 60's 70's perforated tubs built for detergents, or else twin tubs and wringers, I don't have anything in between. Yet......

I just need some elves to come fix this '65 Kenmore washer I have dismantled with no clue as to what I'm doing. Is that too much to ask? =D I've been fairly good this year. I think ...

Although I don't make a big deal out of Christmas anymore, I guess my requests would be:

1. Finally getting my Thor Automagic repaired.

2. Finding the dishwasher attachment for said Thor.

3. The Monitor 55 -- solid white cabinet machine with electric wringer.

If not those, I'll settle for another addition to my toy washer collection.

I don't have room,

so my desired Christmas gift would be replacement parts for my Cuisinart DLC-10E. (I need the plastic-- workbowl, lid, feed assembly).

However, if I had the room, I'd want a center dial Maytag set, preferably a 608 set.

Well, we're gonna have a sull suite of appliances here in my wish list. I"m in a coppertone mood right now. So this is my suite: A GE Americana hi-low self-cleaning range complete with rotisserie, meat probe, removable upper oven liners that goes in the lower oven for self-cleaning, and 4-6-8 burner; the largest bottom-mount Frigidaire Fridge ever made; A KDS18 & a Maytag WU504; KA or Maytag batch-feed disposer; and in the laundry prferably an Maytag 806 pair that includes if possible the last of the coppertone dryers that may have the dryness selector and temp 4-buttons to the right of the timer dial, a 1965 or 1966 (I don't think coppertone was available in 1967) Frigidaire Custom Imperial; a Frigidaire upright freezer and a Lady Kenmore combo right next to the freezer. Gee I don't want much do I!!!

Only one thing, Santa

The exquisite, exotic, very rare 1949 Easy Spindrier with the attached lid (Maytag-style) and bottom filling rinse cone, with glass fronts on the washtub and spinner.

I'd love a sharp Easy Spindrier but really don't have the space for it. Second choice, 1973 Panasonic twintub but best I can tell there's no such thing today.

Know what'd be spiffy AND realistically doable? I've actually seen one on fleabay. A 1952 Ideal spring wound toy dishwasher. Clear plastic tub with hinged lid, removable basket the agitator went around the outside of. Ideal also made a model Maytag wringer, but the reciprocating mechanism tended to fail. The dishwasher mechanism was rotary.

If I only had the space-A Kenmore "Pregnant' Roto Swirl,A Norge 1950's Time Line or similar with the Big Black agitator and the shiney metal lint dish. Then the GE Filter flow with the Copper color lint dish.
