There is the Convotherm by Cleveland Range. This is the exact oven setup that does the majority of the oven cooking @ my work. We feed 600 inmates 3x/day. It will bake 280 burger patties to 170f in 15 minutes. Or roast 15 netted turkey roasts in 3 hours. After the work is done just set the automatic ConvoClean cycle and the ovens clean themselves. They also work as steamers!

Those look a little like the ovens they use in grocery stores to roast chicken, except with rotisseries to rotate the chickens while they cook. I suppose it requires a fairly robust electrical service to power one of these ovens.
