Which manufacturer made this commercial Maytag washer model

That is made by ADC which is owned Whirlpool. This is the first generation of a commercial front load washer made by Whirlpool/ADC/Maytag
Whirlpool purchased American Dryer Corporation back in 2015.

Their relationship goes back previous with WP sourcing their KitchenAid "Pro Line" dryers and perhaps washers from ADC's "Solaris" series.

American Dryer was famous for just that, their line of commercial/industrial dryers. Around 2012 they decided to get into the crowded washer/extractor field. Obvious theory was laundries of all sorts would prefer to source their washers and dryers from same maker. This as opposed to say having washer/extractors by Wascomat and dryers by whoever.

Maytag (before Whirlpool got their mitts on them) purchased distribution rights to European commercial laundry appliance maker Primus. Lucky them Alliance Laundry Systems picked up Primus next in 2014. Only to drop them in North America at least in 2018.

So depending upon when it was manufactured you've either got Maytag badged Primus or one from Alliance Laundry Systems.

Historically at least among owners of laundromats is stay away from Maytag branded washers or dryers regardless whose they were under the bonnet.
