One of my bosses had that model and matching CleanTouch washer. I was there to fix the agitator dogs, noticed the latch on the filter cover was broken. I tried gluing it, no joy. He said (proudly) that they clean the filter after every load. I gently explained point of the design was that it didn't need to be cleaned after every load. He died several years ago, the wife died last Nov. Wondering now where are their machines ...
