Maybe I could reconsider the DD washers-but get the ones with the straight blade agitator as shown.I am sure the swap shops out my way have them.

let me know if you come across the gray 2-piece Straight Vane. The one that have the 'step-down notch' flex-vanes at the base. I believe the agitator base of the 2-piece Straight Vane agitator has a 1/2" longer vane than the 1-piece style. I have a Heavy Duty Super Surgilator (4 wavy & straight) vanes with flex-vanes and the other style 1-piece Surgilator agitator I'm willing to swap for a 2-piece Straight Vane.

I haven't checked yet-could see if the swap shop has any of those grey agitators in their parts piles.With the storm passed-they are probably cleaning up-since some of his shop is outside.

How 'bout seeing the washer truely full-is that the max water fill-would think it could fill to cover the agitator barrel's blades.

DD WP WASHERS

The straight van agitators always worked great in these washers with loads of light fabrics or small items and at lower than maximum water level. Try doing a video of a load of ten pairs of mens blue jeans with the SV agitator and then the same load with the original DA agitator and you will see why they used the DDA. Great videos thanks for posting them.

me i much prefer the dual action agitator as the dual action agitator tends to clean better for me in my case but i would not mind having a top load washer with a straight vane agitator as well

Hey Gordon, I traded two 1-piece straight-vane agitators (gray and white) for this one with Supremewhirlpool.

Can you tell me why....

Your machine spray rinses after its done the conditioner rinse sureoy that removes the conditioner from the laundry?

Also why does it click and start to revolve then stop just before a spin?

I know dim englishman but please take into consideration these machines are not common to me.
